The petitioner prays that he should be given appointment on the post of Sr. Teacher Grade II in pursuance of the appointment order dated 03.09.2020. However, this Court finds that the petitioner deliberately did not join on the post without there being any cogent reasons. No person can be allowed to hold one post and also reserve a second post.
Learned counsel submits that he should be given seven days further time to join.

This Court would not allow such persons to take advantage of any order passed in another case who filed writ petitions in time. Each case has to be examined on its own facts. The petitioner has deliberately did not join and as such no indulgence can be given to him.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
