This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners based on the apprehension that qua the vacancies, which arose prior to coming into force of Rajasthan University of Health Sciences

Employees (Recruitment and Promotion) Rules, 2020 (‘Rules of 2020’), the respondents are likely to apply the Rules of 2020.
Submissions have been made that law in this regard is well settled and certain judgments have been annexed to the writ petition to indicate the said aspect.
Apparently, the plea raised at this stage is premature.
In that view of the matter, the petitioners may make a detailed representation to the respondents alongwith the judgments annexed with the present writ petition. It is expected of the respondents to take the said aspect into consideration while taking decision with regard to the apprehension expressed by the petitioners.
With the above observation, the writ petition filed by the petitioners is disposed of.
