This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging

The Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the petitioners have already decided the representation submitted on behalf of the petitioner vide order dated 09.07.2016, therefore

Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. This writ petition filed by the petitioners deserves to be dismissed as the petitioners admittedly have not decided the representation submitted by the petitioners after passing of the order by the learned tribunal dated 08.02.2018.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed.
