Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner applied for admission in B.Ed course for academic session 2020-21.
As the B.Ed course for which the petitioner is asking for his admission has already been completed, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
However, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he will move an appropriate application for refund of the fee deposited by the petitioner before the competent authority.

It is ordered that in case, the petitioner prefers an appropriate application for refund of the fee deposited, the same will be considered strictly in accordance with law.
