The petitioner has challenged the order dated 30.08.2019 whereby the candidature of the petitioner was found ineligible on the ground that an affidavit has not been submitted from all the co-owners.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the affidavit was duly signed by six co-owners while the three other persons also agreed however were not available at the relevant time. Learned counsel submits that all the documents have been sent to the respondents.
I have considered the submissions.

The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that all the co-owners have signed the document is not made out from the affidavit as the document placed by the petitioner himself before this court at Page 26 of the writ petition. No other documents have been placed to show that even subsequently all the co-owners gave an affidavit and the action of the respondents therefore cannot be said in any manner unjustified.
The writ petition is wholly misconceived and the same is accordingly dismissed.
