After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submitted that against the counselling list/order dated 10.04.2021, the petitioner submitted the objections before the Departmental Authorities, which have not been decided as yet.
In that view of the matter, I dispose of this writ petition with the direction to the respondents to decide the objections submitted by the petitioner against the counselling list/order dated 10.04.2021 within a period of one month, after receiving the certified copy of this order.
