Admittedly, no seniority list has been placed on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner should be granted due seniority from the date of his appointment as per merit list. If there is any seniority list already published and the petitioner’s name has not been placed, grievance can be at best redressed by filing appeal before the Tribunal. Presently, no such cause of action has arisen.
