By way of the present writ petition, petitioner has challenged order dated 05.12.2019, passed by the Permanent Lok Adalat, Bikaner.

Having perused the order impugned, this Court is of the firm view that no interference is warranted in the present writ petition, inasmuch as, the Permanent Lok Adalat has simply given direction to the petitioner trust to cover an open Nala.

Mr. Purohit, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner trust is in the process of complying with the order
