Learned counsel submits that the directions issued in Kamal Yadav & Ors. Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors., SBCWP No.638/2021, decided vide order dated 17.02.2021 be also made applicable to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the RPSC submits that they have already formed a committee and in each and every case, new questions are being placed for verification. The committee

has already taken note of 68 questions and further 34 questions which have been doubted before this Court in other writ petitions are also being examined. The writ petitions which have been filed up to 5^th March, 2021 have already been taken into consideration.

Keeping in view that the present petition was filed on 24.02.2021, this writ petition also stands disposed of in terms of the order passed in the case of Kamal Yadav & Ors. (supra).

A copy of the writ petition be made available to the counsel for the RPSC who will only examine the writ petitions which have been filed up to 5^th March, 2021. No new questions and objections shall be entertained, otherwise, there would be an unending process and there has to be stop to such objections.
