It is informed that the petitioner has already joined the place of posting in terms of the order dated 20.10.2020 at Dholpur, however, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has still grievances as his transfer order was passed unjustifiably.
Leaving the petitioner to make due representation to the authorities who will examine the same and take steps to redress his grievances, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous at this stage as the petitioner has joined. The respondents shall also take steps to release the entire salary of the petitioner for the intervening period from August, 2020 till date without making any objection.
