This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to pass order on the application filed by the petitioner No.1 and respondent No.4 seeking mutual transfer.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the application was filed by the petitioner sometime back, the same has not been decided by the respondents so far.
A perusal of the application (Annex.2) indicates that the same has been addressed to the District Education Officer (Secondary Education), Pali.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would again file application alongwith respondent No.4 before an appropriate authority.
In view of the submissions made, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with the directions to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on application to be filed by the petitioner alongwith respondent No.4 seeking mutual transfer. The order be passed within a period of two weeks from the date an application is filed by the petitioner with respondent No.3 alongwith a copy of this order.
Stay petition also stands disposed of.
