In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
The matter comes up on an application for taking the legal representatives of the sole petitioner on record.
For the reasons mentioned and not opposed by learned counsel for the respondents, the application for taking the legal representatives on record is allowed.
Amended cause title already filed is taken on record.
Another application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking disposal of the writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main suit itself has been dismissed as withdrawn on the basis of compromise.
Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose the submission made.

In view of the above submission, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The aforesaid application is also disposed of accordingly.
