The petitioner’s candidature was rejected as she admittedly did not comply with the directions relating to uploading of her documents as required under the advertisement and a
(2 of 2) [CW-2131/2021]
corrigendum was issued on 11.09.2017. The cut-off marks were declared and the document verification was conducted in 2018. The petitioner did not raise any grievance at that time and has now preferred the writ petition in 2021 relating to selections conducted under the advertisement of 2016. The delay in such matters amounts to gross laches and is fatal. No interference is
warranted in this case.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
All pending applications also shall stand disposed of
