In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matter in Court.
The petitioner-University is seeking direction against the respondents to permit the petitioner to run 4 year Integrated Teachers Education Programme (ITEP) for 64 Tehsils in the State of Rajasthan irrespective of order dated 06.02.2019 and 27.05.2019 passed by NCTE for the academic session 2020-2021.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if its representation is reconsidered and revisited by the respondents.
In light of such limited submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to revisit and re-consider representation of petitioner by passing a speaking order strictly in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from today.
