petitioner does not possess the educational qualification as
prescribed vide corrigendum notification dated 6-4-2018 and the relevant rules. She does possess the degree of B.A. with optional subject Sanskrit and M.A. Sanskrit, but it is in the exclusive domain of the concerned authorities to decide as to whether the degree of B.A. with optional subject Sanskrit and M.A. Sanskrit are equivalent to the qualification prescribed under the Rules and the corrigendum notification dated 6-4-2018. Obviously, such decision has to be taken after due study and scrutiny of the syllabus and other relevant aspects of both the courses. Therefore, the court cannot declare the educational qualification of the petitioner equivalent to the educational qualification as envisaged vide corrigendum notification dated 6-4-2018.
