Issue notice. Notices are accepted by Ms. Sheetal Mirdha, learned Additional Advocate General, on behalf of the respondents.
This writ petition has been filed assailing the legality and validity of the order dated 26.02.2021 whereby, the petitioner’s services as Anganwadi Karyakarta, Anganwadi Kendra, Devta have been dispensed with.
In the alternative, it is prayed that the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 26.02.2021 be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she would feel contended, if the respondents are directed to decide the appeal preferred by her against the order dated 26.02.2021 within a period of four weeks.
Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 26.02.2021 vide reasoned order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order with intimation to the petitioner.
