Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that issue raised in the present writ petition is similar to issue raised in SBCWP No.8772/2020, wherein, a Coordinate Bench of this Court interalia directed as under:-

“Learned counsel for the petitioner categorically submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied if his representation pending before the respondents is decided, while taking into consideration the judgment rendered by this Court in Kheta Ram v. State of Rajasthan, & Ors. (SBCWP No.2443/2006) decided on 19.02.2015.

In light of such limited submission, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner and pass a speaking order within a period of 60 days from today,

while keeping into consideration of the judgment of Kheta Ram (Supra).”
