Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present writ petition has been rendered infructuous for the reason that the State Government had issued a notification dated 23.01.2019, whereby 4% reservation had been extended to the persons, who are suffering from disabilities. Further vide letter dated 18.09.2019, it has been clarified by the State Government that the notification dated 23.01.2019 shall be applicable to all the ongoing process of selection.

In view of the aforesaid notification and letter issued by the State Government, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed as having become infructuous.
