additional marks in the form of bonus marks to the employees who have been working with it or with the State sponsored or the Central sponsored Scheme in Rajasthan, no objection thereto can be made to it. The persons who had worked in another State may be allowed to participate in selection process, however, he may not be granted bonus marks, which are additional and at the discretion of the employer i.e. State of Rajasthan.
