It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly placed teacher Sangita Yadav, whose name appear at S.No.7 in the order dated 18.10.2011(Annex.1), had approached this Court by filing S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.18685/2018 : Sangita Yadav v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. , which came to be decided by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 23.08.2018 and, therefore, the petition filed by the petitioner may also be decided in light and with similar directions as given in the case of Sangita Yadav (Supra).

In the case of Sangita Yadav (Supra) a Coordinate Bench of

this Court observed and directed as under:-

"Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that issue involved in the instant writ application is somewhat similar to the controversy, which has already been resolved by this court in the case of Suman Bai & Anr. v. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: 2009 (1) WLC (Raj.) 381.

It is further urged that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the State-respondents are directed to consider and decide the representation within a time frame, which the petitioner is ready and willing to address within two weeks hereinafter.

In view of the limited prayer addressed; the instant writ proceedings are closed with a direction to the petitioner to address a comprehensive representation to the respondents ventilating grievances raised int he writ application.

In case, a representation is so addressed within the aforesaid period, the State-respondents are directed to consider and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. However, in no case later than three months from the date of receipt of the representation alongwith a certified copy of this order.

With the observations and directions, as indicated above, the writ application stands disposed of."

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with similar directions as given in the case of Sangita Yadav (Supra).
