In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
At the outset, learned Additional Advocate General submits that since the petitioner was not belonging to the TSP area and is not having any requisite documents, and therefore, any appointment to her in TSP category in pursuance of the advertisement dated 04.12.2019 for recruitment of Constable General/Constable Driver/Constable Band/Constable Horse Rider/ Constable Operator/Constable Dog Squad cannot be given.

same.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed. Stay petition also stands dismissed.
