The instant civil second appeal has been filed by the plaintiffs-appellants under Section 100 CPC against the judgment and decree dated 06.09.2019 passed by the Court of Additional

District and Sessions Judge Karauli (Raj.) (for short ‘the appellate Court’) in Civil Regular Appeal No. 43/2015 whereby the appellate Court while dismissing the appeal confirmed the judgment and decree dated 30.07.2015 passed by the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge Karauli in Civil Suit No.77/2003 (45/98) (112/97) by which the suit of the plaintiffs-appellants filed for permanent injunction was dismissed.
Perused the impugned judgments and decree dated 06.09.2019 and 30.07.2015 passed by both the Courts below.
On perusal of the case file, I am of the view that no substantial question of law in involved in this appeal.
The findings recorded by both the Courts below are concurrent finding of fact. Thus, the impugned judgment and decree passed by both the Courts below need no interference of the Court.
Therefore, the present second appeal filed by the plaintiffsappellants is devoid of merit and accordingly dismissed.
