This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for early disposal of Case No.78/2019; Novax Communication Private Limited vs. Rupesh Tambi pending before the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Jaipur Metropolitan, Jaipur.

Heard learned counsel for both the sides and perused the material made available on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inquiry under Section 202 Cr.P.C. in the complaint filed by the petitioner is pending since long and despite repeated requests, no effective

proceedings have been done in the matter, therefore, learned Court below should be directed to conclude the proceedings within a time bound manner.

Learned Assistant Government counsel submits that appropriate directions may be issued.

Though, no definite timeline can be prescribed for conclusion of criminal proceedings, however, keeping in view the submissions made at bar and the material available on record, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the Court below to take effective steps to expeditiously conclude the proceedings preferably within three months.
