This parole petition is filed on behalf of the petitioner being aggrieved with the condition imposed by the District Parole Committee, Jodhpur (for short ‘the Committee’) in its meeting dated 27.08.2021 of furnishing two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each along with a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- for the purpose of availing 30 days’ second parole.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that Rakesh, brother of the petitioner, is also lodged in Open Air Camp, Barmer and this Court vide order dated 28.07.2021 passed in D.B. Criminal Writ Petition No.295/2021 has already ordered for releasing him on 40 days parole subject to the condition of

furnishing a personal bond in the sum Rs.1,00,000/- only. Learned counsel for the petitioner has, therefore, prayed that the petitioner may also be directed to be released on 30 days’ parole on furnishing a personal bond only.

Learned AAG has opposed this parole petition.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the order dated 28.07.2021 passed in D.B. Criminal Writ Petition No.295/2021, this parole petition is allowed and the Superintendent, District Jail, Nagaur is directed to release the petitioner - Sanjay @ Sanju S/o Shri Kishan on 30 days parole on his furnishing for a personal bond of Rs.1,00,000/- only.

All the other conditions imposed vide order dated 27.8.2021
