Mr. Anil Joshi, learned AAG has informed to this Court the parole application preferred on behalf of the petitioner has already been rejected by the District Parole Committee, Udaipur (for short ‘the Committee’) vide order dated 27.10.2021, copy whereof, has been produced on record along with the factual report.
Learned AAG is directed to provide copy of the order dated 27.10.2021 passed the Committee to learned counsel for the petitioner.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this parole petition, however, seeks liberty for the

petitioner to file a fresh parole petition challenging the order dated 27.10.2021 passed by the Committee.
According, this parole petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty sought for.
