By way of this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents to waive the condition of furnishing two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each imposed by the District Parole Advisory Committee while directing the release of the petitioner on regular parole of 40 days under the provisions of Rajasthan Prisoner’s Release on Parole Rules, 1958.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that the petitioner belongs to the lower echelon of the society and none of his family member is ready to furnish the surety. It is brought to our notice that the petitioner was released on 3rd

regular parole of 40 days and thereafter 4th regular parole of 40 days upon his furnishing person bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-. It is not disputed that after availing the parole the petitioner surrendered peacefully.
In this view of the matter, we consider it appropriate and accordingly direct that the petitioner may be released on regular parole for a period of 40 days on his furnishing personal bond in sum of Rs.50,000/-. Other conditions imposed by the District Parole Advisory Committee shall remain operative.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
