In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition but seeks liberty for the petitioner to take all the necessary recourse against the lack of sanction before the learned trial court.
Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. Stay petition also stands dismissed accordingly.
