In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
This Court received the report from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sirohi dated 17.12.2020 which states that the main proceedings of the case in hand arising out of criminal case No.894/2015 (1113/2015) has already been decided on 04.07.2020.
In light of such report, the present misc. Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay petition also stands dismissed accordingly.
