Learned Public Prosecutor submits that according to factual report received in the matter, no case has been found proved against petitioner Nos. 2 & 3- Sunita Jain and Gaurav Luhadia and after investigation offence under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC have been found to be proved against petitioner No.1-Deepak Jain.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to take all the
