In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this petition but seeks liberty to raise all issues regarding the consensual relationship and defence of the petitioners before the learned trial court.
Consequently, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as sought for. However, it shall be open for the petitioners to take all the legal recourse available to them.
