In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
This Court is not inclined to interfere in the present petition on merits.
Learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage seeks permission to give representation alongwith all the relevant documents before the concerned investigating officer.
In light of such submission, this misc. petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned investigating officer to decide the representation of the petitioner, if filed within a period of 10 days
