In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
The matter comes up on an application (inward no.02/2021) for treating the criminal misc. petition as criminal appeal.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.
Accordingly, the present criminal misc. petition is ordered to
be treated as criminal appeal.
