The petitioner has preferred this criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking fair investigation in FIR No. 295 dated 23.11.2019 registered at Police Station Osian, Jodhpur Rural, Jodhpur for the offences under Section379 IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor as per the factual report submits that after investigation, the charge-sheet has been filed in the matter. The factual report is taken on record.
In view of the factual report submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor and the charge-sheet having been filed, nothing survives in this petition.
Dismissed accordingly.
