These criminal misc. petitions have been filed by the petitioners with a prayer for quashing of the FIR No.115/2020 dated 16.10.2020 registered at Police Station Sojat Road, District Pali, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 470, 471 and 120B of the I.P.C. and all other proceedings in relation to the said FIR.
After attempting to argue the matter on merits for quite some time, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that she may be allowed to withdraw these criminal misc. petitions at this stage, however, seeks liberty for the petitioners to move an appropriate representation before the Investigating Officer along with all the documents, on which the petitioners are relying.
In view of the above, these criminal misc. petitions are dismissed as withdrawn at this stage with liberty to the petitioners to move appropriate representation along with all the documents, on which they are placing reliance before the Investigating Officer.
If any such representation is filed by the petitioners, it is expected that the Investigating Officer shall assess the said representation along with all the documents objectively and conduct the investigation in a fair manner.
