In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge-sheet in this case has already been filed before the competent court.
In light of such submission, the present petition seeking quashing of the FIR is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to take up all his issues before the learned trial court, strictly in accordance with law. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
