In pursuance of direction of this Court, learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report dated 19.09.2021 furnished by SHO, Police Station Neemrana, District Bhiwadi which is taken on record. As per the factual report, the dispute has been found to be of civil nature.
In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this bail application which is dismissed accordingly.
However, if the Investigating Officer wants the custodial interrogation of petitioner, he shall be served with 15 days’ prior notice.
