The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No. 229/2021 Registered at Police Station Tijara, Police District Bhiwari, District Alwar for the offence(s) under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 302 of IPC & Section 3/25 of Arms Act (in Order) & under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 302 & Section 3/25 of Arms Act (in F.I.R.).

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this matter. Counsel further submits that challan has already been presented in the Court and conclusion of trial may take long time. Counsel further submits that according to statement of complainant (Vali Mohammad), allegations against the petitioner are general in nature and fire arm injury on the person of deceased personally has been caused by Rozin.
