Learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the bail application at this stage. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court.
If, petitioner surrenders himself before the trial Court within 10 days from today and presents his bail application, his bail application may be disposed of expeditiously, preferably on the same date, subject to the requirement of petitioner into police custody.
Till then, petitioner shall not be arrested.
Present bail application is hereby dismissed as not pressed.
