After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant anticipatory bail application with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Court.
Permission as sought for is granted.
The instant bail application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
However, if the petitioners surrender before the Court concerned and file bail application, if any, before Lunch on 01.12.2021, it is expected from the Court concerned to decide the same on the same day as per the law.
