Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report in which Investigating Officer stated that matter has been transferred to the Drug Inspector because the Drug Inspector is authorized to do the proceedings against the petitioners. So, police authority is not required the custody of the petitioners for investigation. As such, these bail applications have become infructuous.
