After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant anticipatory bail application with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court.

Permission as sought for is granted.

¶13

The instant anticipatory bail application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

¶14

However, if the petitioner surrenders himself before the concerned Court before lunch, and files bail application, if any, it is expected from the concerned Court to decide the same on the same day as per law.
