Heard learned counsel for the parties and have perused the material available on record.

The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the applicant, who is in custody in connection with FIR No.5/2021, Police Station Sadulshahar, District Sri Ganganagar, for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of IPC.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that as many as 9 cases have been lodged against the applicant with similar allegations and in six cases bail has been granted by the Sessions Court / Coordinate Benches of this Court being S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 7849/2021 decided on 17.06.2021 and 8089/2021 decided on 15.07.2021.

Submissions have been made that the applicant is in custody since 08.04.2021, challan has already been filed and trial is likely to take time and, therefore, he may be enlarged on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application.

In the circumstances of the case, wherein, already bail has been granted in cases with similar allegations by Coordinate Benches of this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the bail application filed by the applicant deserves to be accepted.

Consequently, the bail application is allowed. It is ordered that the accused-applicant – Dharampal S/o Sh. Lekhram arrested in connection with FIR No. 05/2021, Police Station Sadulshahar, District Sri Ganganagar, shall be released on bail; provided he furnish a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
