In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
The matter comes up on an application seeking modification in order dated 02.08.2021 passed by this Court in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.1021/2021.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the vehicle inquestion is a private vehicle, being mini-bus having sitting capacity of 22 passengers. Its model is 1995. The present value of vehicle is Rs.80,000/- as per the Valuer, Surveyor & Loss Assessor dated 17.08.2021 (Annex.D).

That being so, the application for the reasons mentioned
therein is allowed.
The vehicle be released in terms of order dated 02.08.2021 provided petitioner is registered owner of the vehicle in-question and furnishes bank guarantee in the tune of Rs.80,000/-. Rest of the terms and conditions of the order dated 02.08.2021 shall
remain as it is.
