The present criminal appeal under Section 14(A) (2) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act has been filed by the accused appellant(s) in connection with FIR No.287/2021 registered at Police Station Laxmangarh District Sikar for the offences mentioned therein.
Counsel for the appellant(s) submits that the appellant has been falsely implicated in this matter as he has nothing to do with the alleged incident. Counsel further submits that appellant is in judicial custody since 11.10.2021, trial of the case is likely to take time, hence the accused-appellant be released on bail.
Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the appeal.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be just and expedient to order the release the appellant on bail.
The impugned order passed by the learned Court below is quashed and set-aside and this appeal is accordingly allowed and it is directed that accused appellant Rajkumar son of Laxminarayan shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court and any Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
