This application has been filed for restoration of S.B.Civil First Appeal No.428/2013, which has been dismissed in pursuance of peremptory order dt. 03.03.2017.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Court on 26.08.2021, he has already deposited a cost of Rs.5,000/- before the Legal Services Authority, Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur.
