An application (I.A. No. 03/2021) has been filed under Section 152 CPC seeking correction in the order dated 25.02.2021.

It is inter-alia indicated that in the order dated 25.02.2021, the date of settlement has been indicated as 18.09.2020, whereas, the settlement is dated 11.09.2020 and, therefore, the requisite correction may be made.
Further submissions have been made that in the title the name of the first respondent has been indicated as ‘Mega Ram’, whereas, his name is Maga Ram and, therefore, the same may also be corrected.
In view of the submissions made, the application is allowed. In the order dated 25.02.2021, the date of settlement shall be read as 11.09.2020 and the name of respondent No.1 shall be read as Maga Ram.
