Appeal No. 1269/2020 already preferred inter-alia by the appellants herein, has already been admitted by this Court vide order dated 26.8.2020 and therefore, the appellants may be permitted to withdraw this appeal with liberty to pursue the appeal already admitted.
The permission is granted.
