Notice of date of hearing was issued to the applicant in terms of order dated 25.10.2017, which has been received unserved with the report that noticee not found and, whereafter fresh notices were ordered to be issued on 30.01.2020, which has also been received unserved with the report that house number mentioned in the notice could not be traced as new house number has been allotted.
In view of the fact that none is available to indicate the fresh/present address of the applicant, the application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
