Learned Additional Advocate General Mr.C.L. Saini appearing for the respondents-contemnors submitted that this Court on 17.04.2018 had disposed of the writ petition of the petitioner— Smt. Suresh Chaudhary, while giving direction to decide her representation in view of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Hemlata Shrimali & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3247/2015 , decided on 01.04.2015.

Learned counsel submitted that along with reply, an additional affidavit has been filed, enclosing the order dated 09.09.2020 whereby though the petitioner had joined her service on 02.04.2003, however, she has been given notional benefit w.e.f. 15.11.1999.

Learned counsel submitted that due compliance of the order passed by this Court has been made and as such, the present contempt petition does not survive.

This Court finds that respondents by issuing the order dated 09.09.2020 have made due compliance of the order and accordingly, the contempt petition stands dismissed. Notices are discharged.
