This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 11.05.2015 passed by this Court.
Referring to the reply and various commutations of pension and arrears, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the order of the Court has now been complied with.
Considering that after the order was passed by this Court and when the appeal was also dismissed in 2015, fixation of

pension has been done and payments have been made, therefore, we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter and the rule is discharged.
However, this order shall not come in the way of petitioner in taking appropriate remedy in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the fixation on any aspects.
